Guest Guide

Visitors to the park may begin arriving at 2:00pm on Friday, August 3rd.  Shuttle buses will run continuously between Broome Community College and Otsiningo Park throughout the festival.

Please Note:

• The park will open at 6:00am for the Saturday and Sunday morning balloon launches, and will be open at 7:30am on Sunday for the Kelly LaBare 5K Run/Walk.

• Backpacks, coolers, alcohol and pets are strictly forbidden in the park during the festival. 

• Service dogs are allowed if properly identified.
